Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination country. Minor packaging fees apply to specific items, such as our saw blades and drills (using specialized packaging to ensure they arrive safely at your location).

Your order arrives undamaged and eco-consciously. We intentionally avoid oversized, air-filled boxes and unnecessary waste. Instead, we rely on custom-fit packaging that perfectly protects your products while conserving natural resources.
Our Packaging Concept at a Glance
Robust Corrugated Cardboard: Our neutral shipping box provides maximum structural stability from the outside and is fully recyclable. Efficient Transport Protection: Precision-fit inserts reliably shield your goods from harsh impacts during transit. Sustainable Schrenz Paper: To securely fill the minimal remaining space, we use eco-friendly, unbleached recycled paper. Secure Specialty Packaging: Both abrasive powder and liquid agents are packed in absolutely secure yet fully recyclable materials.
The Result? Barely any empty space in the box, no wasted volume in the delivery truck, and optimal protection for your products.

Why we don't have an internet shop: Many customers, or those who become one, do not yet know their way around or need advice. Since we attach great importance to advice and do not like to leave our customers alone with ignorance or their problems, we do not want you to fill your shopping cart and then possibly order the wrong goods. We want to avoid problems (on both sides) due to incorrect orders. (By avoiding returns, there is less impact on the environment.) There is already a lot to read here. In our manuals too. Much can still be explained in a friendly telephone conversation or by e-mail.
